The 31st annual Victorian Teddy Bear Tea returns to the Paso Robles Park Ballroom on December 17th. The annual community event features storytelling, music, gingerbread cookie decorating, candy canes, coloring, and door prizes! Attendees will be joined by the Snow Queen and King, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, with Santa’s elves and Victorian friends.
